A BIT ABOUT LOVE FLEXIBILITY
Love Flexibility was created in February 2021 during the 3rd lockdown after their director and owner Natalie saw a huge demand in the market for safe stretching workshops and teacher training.
They specialise in creating a fun safe environment and understand that flexibility is hard so let’s help push the dancers and teachers in the right direction. They have developed methods and techniques that keep our dancers safe but also help them get their desired stretches and outcomes.
